• - Built a serverless image conversion pipeline on AWS Lambda, replacing ECS + EFS, cutting infrastructure spend drastically and reducing per-image conversion time
• - Replaced the video conversion process, which resulted in the reduction of per-content publishing wait time by 80%, improving visual quality and saving disk space by leveraging AWS’s Step Functions
